SWP十(shi)字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采用(yong)剖分式(shi)叉頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)使用(yong)的場合相(xiang)近，主要運用(yong)在(zai)重載大型裝(zhuang)備領域(yu)，回(hui)轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采用(yong)整體式叉頭布局(ju)，主要用(yong)于(yu)軋鋼機(ji)(ji)械(xie)，起重運輸機(ji)(ji)械(xie)等其他重型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞距(ju)離可達(da)30m以上，是運用(yong)相當廣泛(fan)的(de)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的(de)機泵在安裝過(guo)程(cheng)中都不可避免地要進行同軸度的(de)調整，使(shi)對輪既同心又平行，否則(ze)將影響機泵使(shi)用效率或造成(cheng)設(she)備運行事故。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)(ji)與風機(ji)(ji)連接的(de)(de)聯軸器。它可以(yi)將(jiang)不同(tong)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)中的(de)(de)主動軸和從(cong)動軸牢(lao)牢(lao)地(di)緊密連接在一(yi)起，以(yi)此(ci)達(da)到一(yi)同(tong)旋轉的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)，并傳(chuan)遞(di)運動機(ji)(ji)械零件(jian)，有時(shi)也用以(yi)聯接軸與其他零件(jian)。

風(feng)機(ji)聯(lian)軸器具(ju)有減(jian)速、增(zeng)速、變向和換(huan)向等動作以及緩和沖擊、吸振的(de)作用(yong)。聯(lian)軸器可分(fen)為剛性聯(lian)軸器和撓性聯(lian)軸器兩大類。前者不具(ju)有緩沖性和補償兩軸線相對(dui)位移的(de)能(neng)力(li)，但結構簡(jian)單，制造成本較低(di)，裝拆、維護方便。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同(tong)機構中的主(zhu)動軸和(he)從動軸牢(lao)固地聯接(jie)起來一同(tong)旋(xuan)轉，并傳(chuan)遞運動和(he)扭矩的機械部件。有時也用以聯接(jie)軸與其他零件（如(ru)齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常由兩半合成，分別用(yong)鍵或緊配合等聯(lian)接，緊固在兩軸(zhou)端，再通(tong)過某種方式將兩半聯(lian)接起(qi)來。

靠(kao)背(bei)輪聯(lian)軸器可兼有(you)補償兩軸之間由(you)于(yu)制造安(an)裝不精確、工作時的(de)變(bian)形或(huo)熱(re)膨脹等原因所發(fa)生的(de)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)(yi)（包(bao)括(kuo)軸向(xiang)(xiang)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)(yi)、徑(jing)向(xiang)(xiang)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)(yi)、角(jiao)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)(yi)或(huo)綜合偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)(yi)）；以及緩和沖擊、吸振。
