SWP十字萬向聯軸器(qi)(qi)采用剖分(fen)式叉頭(tou)布局，與SWC十字萬向聯軸器(qi)(qi)使用的(de)場合相近，主要運(yun)用在重載(zai)大型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器采用整體式叉(cha)頭布局(ju)，主要用于軋鋼機(ji)械(xie)，起(qi)重運輸機(ji)械(xie)等其他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳(chuan)遞距離可達30m以上，是運用相當廣泛的萬向(xiang)聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)(ji)泵在安裝過程中都(dou)不可避(bi)免(mian)地要進行(xing)同軸度(du)的調整，使對輪既同心又平行(xing)，否則將(jiang)影響機(ji)(ji)泵使用(yong)效(xiao)率或造成設備運行(xing)事(shi)故。
