SWP十字(zi)萬向聯軸器采(cai)用剖分式叉頭布局(ju)，與SWC十字(zi)萬向聯軸器使(shi)用的場合相近，主要運用在重(zhong)載大型裝(zhuang)備(bei)領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用整體式(shi)叉頭布局(ju)，主要用于軋鋼機械，起重運輸(shu)機械等其他重型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運用相(xiang)當(dang)廣泛的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵(beng)在安裝過程(cheng)中都不(bu)可避免地要進行(xing)同(tong)軸度的調整，使對輪既同(tong)心又(you)平(ping)行(xing)，否(fou)則(ze)將影響機泵(beng)使用效(xiao)率或(huo)造(zao)成設備(bei)運行(xing)事(shi)故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將(jiang)不(bu)同機構中的(de)主動軸(zhou)和(he)從動軸(zhou)牢固(gu)地(di)聯接(jie)(jie)起來一同旋轉，并(bing)傳遞運動和(he)扭矩的(de)機械部(bu)件(jian)(jian)。有時也用以聯接(jie)(jie)軸(zhou)與(yu)其他零件(jian)(jian)（如齒(chi)輪、帶輪等(deng)）。

靠(kao)背輪常由兩(liang)(liang)半合成，分(fen)別用鍵或(huo)緊(jin)配合等聯接(jie)，緊(jin)固在兩(liang)(liang)軸端，再(zai)通過某種(zhong)方式將兩(liang)(liang)半聯接(jie)起來(lai)。
