萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高(gao)，傳動(dong)效(xiao)率優異，在現代工業領域被廣泛采用。

SWP十(shi)字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采(cai)用剖分(fen)式叉頭布(bu)局(ju)，與SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器使用的(de)場(chang)合相(xiang)近(jin)，主要運用在重載大型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器采用整體(ti)式叉頭布局，主要用于軋(ya)鋼機械，起重(zhong)運(yun)輸機械等(deng)其(qi)他重(zhong)型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑(jing)可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞(di)距離可(ke)達30m以上(shang)，是運(yun)用相當廣泛的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵(beng)在安裝(zhuang)過(guo)程中都(dou)不可避免地要進(jin)行(xing)同(tong)(tong)軸度的調整，使對輪既同(tong)(tong)心又平行(xing)，否(fou)則(ze)將影響機泵(beng)使用效率或(huo)造(zao)成設備運行(xing)事故。

梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接，梅花彈性聯軸器具有補償兩(liang)軸相對位移，減振緩沖，結構簡(jian)單，無需(xu)潤滑維護方便等特(te)點。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚(ju)氨脂(zhi)彈性體由凸形爪塊限(xian)制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)(yong)來(lai)(lai)將不同機構中的主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢固地聯接(jie)起來(lai)(lai)一同旋(xuan)轉，并傳(chuan)遞運動(dong)和扭矩的機械部件。有(you)時也用(yong)(yong)以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與其他零件（如齒輪(lun)(lun)、帶輪(lun)(lun)等）。

靠背(bei)輪聯軸器可兼(jian)有補(bu)償兩(liang)軸之間由(you)于(yu)制造安裝不精確、工(gong)作時的變形(xing)或熱(re)膨脹等(deng)原(yuan)因所(suo)發生的偏(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)移(yi)（包(bao)括軸向偏(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)移(yi)、徑向偏(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)移(yi)、角偏(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)移(yi)或綜(zong)合偏(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)移(yi)）；以及緩和沖擊、吸(xi)振。

靠(kao)背輪為俗稱，專業叫(jiao)法為聯軸器以及法蘭，用于機械設(she)備的連接(jie)。
