星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件,適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系,星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能,適應場合普遍,傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性體由凸形爪(zhua)塊(kuai)限制(zhi)。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

輪胎聯軸器采(cai)用輪胎體(ti)狀橡膠元(yuan)件,與兩(liang)個半聯經(jing)過螺栓聯接(jie),實現扭矩(ju)傳遞(di)和位(wei)移補(bu)償。橡膠輪胎聯軸器具有較高(gao)的(de)彈(dan)性(xing)性(xing)能,扭轉剛(gang)度小,減震能力強,軸向(xiang)補(bu)償能力較大(da),有良好(hao)的(de)阻尼性(xing)能。
彈(dan)性(xing)輪(lun)胎聯軸器輪(lun)胎體是輪(lun)胎聯軸器必要的(de)(de)(de)備件之(zhi)一(yi),相應(ying)的(de)(de)(de)分為(wei)UL、LA、LB輪(lun)胎體。輪(lun)胎式聯軸器分為(wei)凸(tu)型和(he)(he)凹型兩(liang)(liang)(liang)大類(lei),凸(tu)型又分為(wei)帶骨(gu)架整體式、無骨(gu)整體式和(he)(he)徑(jing)向(xiang)切口式三種。輪(lun)胎環(huan)內側用硫(liu)化方法與(yu)鋼質骨(gu)架粘接成一(yi)體,骨(gu)架上的(de)(de)(de)螺栓孔處焊有(you)螺母。裝配時(shi)用螺栓與(yu)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)半(ban)聯軸器的(de)(de)(de)凸(tu)緣連接,依靠擰緊螺栓使輪(lun)胎與(yu)凸(tu)緣端面之(zhi)間產生的(de)(de)(de)摩擦力來傳遞轉矩,輪(lun)胎環(huan)工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)發(fa)生扭轉剪(jian)切變形,故輪(lun)胎聯軸器具(ju)有(you)很高的(de)(de)(de)彈(dan)性(xing),補(bu)償兩(liang)(liang)(liang)軸相對(dui)位移(yi)的(de)(de)(de)能力較(jiao)大,并有(you)良(liang)好的(de)(de)(de)阻尼,而且結構簡單、不需潤滑、裝拆和(he)(he)維護都比較(jiao)方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是承載能力(li)不高、外(wai)形尺(chi)寸較大(da),隨著兩軸(zhou)(zhou)相(xiang)對扭轉角的(de)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)使輪胎外(wai)形扭歪,軸(zhou)(zhou)向尺(chi)寸略(lve)有減小,將在兩軸(zhou)(zhou)上產生較大(da)的(de)附加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向力(li),使軸(zhou)(zhou)承負載加(jia)(jia)大(da)而降低壽(shou)命。輪胎聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器高速運轉時(shi)(shi),輪胎外(wai)緣由于離心(xin)力(li)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)而向外(wai)擴張,將進一步(bu)增(zeng)大(da)附加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向力(li)。為此,在安裝聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器時(shi)(shi)應采(cai)取措施,使輪胎中的(de)應力(li)方向與工作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)產生的(de)應力(li)方向相(xiang)反(fan),以抵消部分(fen)附加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向力(li),達到改善聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器和(he)兩軸(zhou)(zhou)承的(de)工和(he)條件。
輪(lun)胎式聯軸器(qi)由于種種原因(yin)使其(qi)質心(xin)或(huo)慣性(xing)(xing)主軸與其(qi)加轉軸線不(bu)重合,在運轉時將產生不(bu)平衡(heng)(heng)離(li)心(xin)慣性(xing)(xing)力(li)、離(li)心(xin)慣性(xing)(xing)力(li)偶和(he)動撓度(du)(振(zhen)型)的現象,稱為轉子(zi)的不(bu)平衡(heng)(heng)現象,這(zhe)種不(bu)平衡(heng)(heng)現象必(bi)然引(yin)起(qi)軸系(xi)的振(zhen)動,從而(er)影響機器(qi)的正常工(gong)作(zuo)和(he)使用壽命,因(yin)而(er)對其(qi)必(bi)須加以重視。
