SWP十字(zi)萬向聯軸器(qi)采用剖分式叉頭布(bu)局，與SWC十字(zi)萬向聯軸器(qi)使(shi)用的場合相近，主要(yao)運(yun)用在(zai)重載(zai)大型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向聯軸器(qi)(qi)采用整(zheng)體(ti)式叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等其(qi)他重型裝備領域，回(hui)轉(zhuan)直徑可到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞距離可達30m以(yi)上，是運用相當廣泛的萬向聯軸器(qi)(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接(jie)的機泵(beng)在安裝(zhuang)過程(cheng)中都不(bu)可避免地要進行同(tong)軸度的調整，使對輪既(ji)同(tong)心又平行，否則將影(ying)響(xiang)機泵(beng)使用效(xiao)率(lv)或造成設備運行事故。
