萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載(zai)能力高，傳動效率優異，在現代工業領域被廣泛(fan)采用。

SWP十字(zi)(zi)萬向聯軸器(qi)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)剖(pou)分式叉頭(tou)布(bu)局，與SWC十字(zi)(zi)萬向聯軸器(qi)使用(yong)(yong)的場合(he)相近，主要運用(yong)(yong)在重載大型裝備(bei)領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器采用(yong)(yong)整(zheng)體式叉(cha)頭布局，主要用(yong)(yong)于軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等(deng)其他重型(xing)裝備領域(yu)，回(hui)轉直徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳(chuan)遞(di)距離可達30m以(yi)上，是運用(yong)(yong)相當廣(guang)泛的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵在安裝(zhuang)過程中都(dou)不可避(bi)免地(di)要(yao)進(jin)行同(tong)軸度的(de)調整，使(shi)對輪(lun)既(ji)同(tong)心(xin)又平行，否則將影響機泵使(shi)用效率或造成(cheng)設備運行事故。

梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接，梅花彈性聯軸器具有補償兩軸相(xiang)對(dui)位移，減振緩沖，結構簡單，無需潤滑維護方便等特點。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性體由凸形爪(zhua)塊限(xian)制。

梅花形聯軸器以聚氨脂塑料為彈性元件與二半聯軸器主體緊密組合,主體以進口配方合金鋁為主。梅花型聯軸器中間聚氨脂塑料元件以獨有配方配制,具有耐(nai)磨性高抗溫性好韌性強,與一般(ban)普通塑膠(jiao)件質量穩定(ding)耐(nai)用(yong). 梅花(hua)型體有六瓣(ban)和八瓣(ban),根據(ju)客戶要求定(ding)制. 固(gu)定(ding)方式有鍵(jian)槽.

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來(lai)將不同機構(gou)中的主動軸和從動軸牢固(gu)地聯接起(qi)來(lai)一同旋轉，并傳遞(di)運動和扭矩的機械部件(jian)。有時也(ye)用(yong)以(yi)聯接軸與(yu)其他零件(jian)（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)可兼有補(bu)償兩(liang)軸(zhou)之間由于制造安裝不精確、工作(zuo)時(shi)的(de)變形或熱膨脹等原因(yin)所發生(sheng)的(de)偏移(yi)（包括(kuo)軸(zhou)向偏移(yi)、徑(jing)向偏移(yi)、角偏移(yi)或綜合偏移(yi)）；以(yi)及緩和沖擊、吸振(zhen)。
