SWP十字(zi)萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用剖分式叉頭(tou)布局，與SWC十字(zi)萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)使用的場(chang)合相近，主要運用在重載大(da)型(xing)裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器采用(yong)(yong)整體式叉頭布局，主要(yao)用(yong)(yong)于軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等其他重型(xing)裝備領域(yu)，回(hui)轉直(zhi)徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離(li)可達30m以上，是運用(yong)(yong)相當廣泛的萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)(ji)泵在安裝過程中(zhong)都(dou)不(bu)可避免地要進行(xing)同軸(zhou)度的調整，使(shi)對(dui)輪既同心(xin)又(you)平(ping)行(xing)，否(fou)則(ze)將(jiang)影響機(ji)(ji)泵使(shi)用效率或造(zao)成(cheng)設(she)備運行(xing)事故。

風機聯軸(zhou)器(qi)具有減速、增(zeng)速、變向(xiang)和(he)(he)換(huan)向(xiang)等(deng)動作(zuo)以及緩和(he)(he)沖擊(ji)、吸振的作(zuo)用(yong)。聯軸(zhou)器(qi)可分為剛性聯軸(zhou)器(qi)和(he)(he)撓性聯軸(zhou)器(qi)兩大類。前者不具有緩沖性和(he)(he)補償(chang)兩軸(zhou)線相對位移(yi)的能力，但(dan)結構簡(jian)單(dan)，制造成本較(jiao)低，裝拆(chai)、維護方便。
