星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件,適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系,星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能,適應場合普遍,傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂(zhi)彈性體由凸形爪(zhua)塊(kuai)限制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

彈(dan)(dan)性(xing)輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)體(ti)是輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)必要的(de)(de)備件之(zhi)一,相(xiang)(xiang)應的(de)(de)分(fen)(fen)為(wei)(wei)UL、LA、LB輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)體(ti)。輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)式(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)分(fen)(fen)為(wei)(wei)凸型和(he)凹型兩大類(lei),凸型又分(fen)(fen)為(wei)(wei)帶骨架整體(ti)式(shi)、無骨整體(ti)式(shi)和(he)徑向切口式(shi)三種。輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)環內側用(yong)(yong)硫化方(fang)法(fa)與鋼(gang)質骨架粘接成(cheng)一體(ti),骨架上(shang)的(de)(de)螺(luo)栓(shuan)孔處焊有螺(luo)母。裝配時用(yong)(yong)螺(luo)栓(shuan)與兩半聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)的(de)(de)凸緣連接,依(yi)靠擰緊(jin)螺(luo)栓(shuan)使輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)與凸緣端面(mian)之(zhi)間產(chan)生的(de)(de)摩擦力來傳(chuan)遞轉(zhuan)矩,輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)環工(gong)作時發生扭(niu)轉(zhuan)剪切變形(xing),故輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)具有很(hen)高的(de)(de)彈(dan)(dan)性(xing),補償兩軸相(xiang)(xiang)對位移的(de)(de)能力較(jiao)大,并有良好的(de)(de)阻(zu)尼,而且結構簡(jian)單(dan)、不需潤滑、裝拆(chai)和(he)維護都比(bi)較(jiao)方(fang)便(bian)。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是(shi)承(cheng)(cheng)載(zai)能力(li)不高(gao)、外(wai)形尺寸(cun)較(jiao)大(da),隨著兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)相對扭轉角的增加(jia)(jia)(jia)使輪(lun)胎外(wai)形扭歪(wai),軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)尺寸(cun)略有減小,將在兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)上(shang)產生較(jiao)大(da)的附(fu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li),使軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)負載(zai)加(jia)(jia)(jia)大(da)而(er)降(jiang)低(di)壽命。輪(lun)胎聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器高(gao)速運轉時(shi),輪(lun)胎外(wai)緣由于離(li)心力(li)的作(zuo)用而(er)向(xiang)外(wai)擴張,將進一步增大(da)附(fu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)。為此,在安(an)裝聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器時(shi)應采取措施,使輪(lun)胎中(zhong)的應力(li)方向(xiang)與工作(zuo)時(shi)產生的應力(li)方向(xiang)相反,以抵消部分附(fu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li),達到(dao)改善聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器和兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)的工和條件。
輪胎式聯軸器(qi)由于種(zhong)種(zhong)原因使(shi)(shi)其(qi)質心或慣(guan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)主軸與(yu)其(qi)加轉(zhuan)軸線不(bu)(bu)重合,在運(yun)轉(zhuan)時將產生不(bu)(bu)平衡離(li)心慣(guan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)力、離(li)心慣(guan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)力偶和動撓度(振型)的(de)(de)現象,稱(cheng)為轉(zhuan)子的(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)平衡現象,這(zhe)種(zhong)不(bu)(bu)平衡現象必然引起(qi)軸系(xi)的(de)(de)振動,從而影響機器(qi)的(de)(de)正常工作和使(shi)(shi)用壽(shou)命,因而對其(qi)必須(xu)加以重視(shi)。
