星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件,適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系,星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能,適應場合普遍,傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚(ju)氨脂彈性體由(you)凸(tu)形爪塊限制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

彈(dan)性輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)體是(shi)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)必要的(de)(de)(de)備件之(zhi)一,相應的(de)(de)(de)分為UL、LA、LB輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)體。輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)式(shi)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)分為凸型和(he)凹型兩(liang)大(da)類,凸型又分為帶骨(gu)架整體式(shi)、無(wu)骨(gu)整體式(shi)和(he)徑向(xiang)切口式(shi)三種(zhong)。輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)環內(nei)側用硫化方法(fa)與鋼質骨(gu)架粘接成一體,骨(gu)架上的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)栓(shuan)孔處焊有(you)螺(luo)母。裝配(pei)時用螺(luo)栓(shuan)與兩(liang)半聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)凸緣連接,依靠擰緊螺(luo)栓(shuan)使輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)與凸緣端面之(zhi)間產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)摩擦力(li)來傳(chuan)遞轉矩,輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)環工作時發生(sheng)(sheng)扭轉剪切變(bian)形,故輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)具有(you)很(hen)高的(de)(de)(de)彈(dan)性,補償(chang)兩(liang)軸(zhou)相對位移(yi)的(de)(de)(de)能力(li)較大(da),并有(you)良好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)阻尼,而且結構簡單(dan)、不需潤滑、裝拆和(he)維護都比較方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是(shi)承(cheng)載(zai)(zai)能力(li)(li)不高、外(wai)形尺(chi)(chi)寸較大(da),隨著兩軸(zhou)相對扭轉(zhuan)角的增(zeng)加使輪胎(tai)外(wai)形扭歪(wai),軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)尺(chi)(chi)寸略有(you)減(jian)小,將(jiang)(jiang)在(zai)兩軸(zhou)上產生(sheng)較大(da)的附加軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li),使軸(zhou)承(cheng)負載(zai)(zai)加大(da)而降低(di)壽命(ming)。輪胎(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)高速運轉(zhuan)時(shi),輪胎(tai)外(wai)緣由于(yu)離心力(li)(li)的作(zuo)用(yong)而向(xiang)(xiang)外(wai)擴張(zhang),將(jiang)(jiang)進一步增(zeng)大(da)附加軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li)。為(wei)此(ci),在(zai)安裝聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)時(shi)應采取措(cuo)施,使輪胎(tai)中的應力(li)(li)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)與(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)產生(sheng)的應力(li)(li)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)相反,以抵(di)消部分附加軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li),達到改善聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)和兩軸(zhou)承(cheng)的工(gong)和條件。
輪胎(tai)式聯軸(zhou)器(qi)由(you)于種種原因(yin)使其質心(xin)或慣性主軸(zhou)與其加轉軸(zhou)線不重合,在(zai)運(yun)轉時將(jiang)產生不平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)離(li)心(xin)慣性力(li)、離(li)心(xin)慣性力(li)偶和動(dong)撓度(振型)的(de)現象,稱為轉子的(de)不平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)現象,這種不平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)現象必(bi)然引起軸(zhou)系的(de)振動(dong),從而影響機器(qi)的(de)正常工(gong)作和使用壽命,因(yin)而對其必(bi)須(xu)加以重視。
