SWP十字(zi)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器采用剖分(fen)式叉(cha)頭布局，與SWC十字(zi)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器使用的場合(he)相近(jin)，主要運用在重載大型(xing)裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用整體(ti)式叉頭布局，主要用于軋(ya)鋼機械，起(qi)重(zhong)運(yun)輸機械等其他重(zhong)型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領域(yu)，回(hui)轉直徑可到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞(di)距(ju)離可達30m以上，是(shi)運(yun)用相當廣泛的萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不可避免地要進行(xing)同軸度的(de)調(diao)整，使對輪(lun)既同心又(you)平行(xing)，否則將(jiang)影(ying)響機泵(beng)使用效率或造成(cheng)設備運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機構中的主動(dong)(dong)軸和從動(dong)(dong)軸牢固地(di)聯接(jie)起來一同旋轉，并傳遞運動(dong)(dong)和扭矩的機械部(bu)件。有時也用以聯接(jie)軸與其他(ta)零件（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常由(you)兩(liang)半合(he)成，分別用鍵或緊配合(he)等(deng)聯接，緊固在兩(liang)軸端，再通過(guo)某種方式將兩(liang)半聯接起來。

靠背輪聯軸(zhou)器可兼(jian)有補償(chang)兩(liang)軸(zhou)之間由于制造安裝不精確(que)、工作時的(de)變形或熱膨脹等原因所發(fa)生的(de)偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)（包括軸(zhou)向偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)、徑向偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)、角偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)或綜合偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)）；以及緩和沖擊、吸(xi)振(zhen)。
