伺(si)服電機聯(lian)軸器(qi)，因其使(shi)用場合的精密(mi)性，必(bi)須具(ju)備(bei)特殊的性能(neng)：零間(jian)隙(xi)：聯(lian)軸器(qi)整體在傳(chuan)動(dong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)不允許有間(jian)隙(xi)，包(bao)括正向間(jian)隙(xi)以及回程(cheng)間(jian)隙(xi)；高(gao)剛性：即不允許出現(xian)傳(chuan)動(dong)的遲(chi)滯性，否則將嚴重影響伺(si)服馬達(da)傳(chuan)動(dong)的精度；低(di)慣量(liang)：在保證(zheng)傳(chuan)動(dong)強(qiang)度的基礎之(zhi)上，應盡可能(neng)降(jiang)低(di)伺(si)服馬達(da)聯(lian)軸器(qi)的重量(liang)；柔性：精密(mi)的伺(si)服聯(lian)軸器(qi)，不僅要求剛性高(gao)，同時需要吸(xi)收(shou)安裝過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)產生的軸與軸之(zhi)間(jian)的偏差；其他性能(neng)：耐(nai)熱性、動(dong)平衡性等。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)與(yu)風機(ji)連接的(de)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器。它可以將不同(tong)(tong)機(ji)構(gou)中的(de)主動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)牢牢地(di)緊(jin)密(mi)連接在一起，以此達到一同(tong)(tong)旋轉的(de)目(mu)的(de)，并(bing)傳遞運動(dong)機(ji)械零(ling)件，有時也用以聯接軸(zhou)(zhou)與(yu)其他(ta)零(ling)件。

風(feng)機聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)具(ju)有減速(su)、增(zeng)速(su)、變向(xiang)和(he)換向(xiang)等動作以(yi)及緩(huan)和(he)沖(chong)擊(ji)、吸振的(de)作用。聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)可分為剛性(xing)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)和(he)撓性(xing)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)兩(liang)大類。前者(zhe)不具(ju)有緩(huan)沖(chong)性(xing)和(he)補(bu)償兩(liang)軸(zhou)線相(xiang)對(dui)位(wei)移的(de)能力，但結(jie)構簡單，制造成本較低，裝拆、維護方便。
