萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承(cheng)載能力(li)高，傳動效率優異，在現代工業領域被廣泛采用。

SWP十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采(cai)用剖分(fen)式叉頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)使用的場合相(xiang)近，主要運用在重載大型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用整(zheng)體式叉頭布局(ju)，主(zhu)要用于(yu)軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等其他重型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞(di)距離可達30m以上，是運用相當(dang)廣泛的(de)萬(wan)向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝過(guo)程中都不(bu)可避免(mian)地要進行(xing)同軸度的調整(zheng)，使對輪(lun)既同心又平行(xing)，否則(ze)將影(ying)響機泵使用(yong)效(xiao)率或造成設(she)備(bei)運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不同機(ji)構中的主動軸(zhou)和(he)從動軸(zhou)牢固地聯(lian)接起來一同旋轉(zhuan)，并傳遞(di)運動和(he)扭(niu)矩(ju)的機(ji)械部件。有時也用(yong)以聯(lian)接軸(zhou)與其(qi)他零件（如齒(chi)輪、帶(dai)輪等(deng)）。

靠背(bei)輪常由兩(liang)半合(he)成，分別用鍵(jian)或緊配(pei)合(he)等聯(lian)接，緊固(gu)在(zai)兩(liang)軸端，再通(tong)過某種方式(shi)將兩(liang)半聯(lian)接起來(lai)。
