SWP十(shi)(shi)字(zi)萬(wan)向聯軸器采用(yong)剖分(fen)式叉頭布局，與SWC十(shi)(shi)字(zi)萬(wan)向聯軸器使用(yong)的場合相近，主要運用(yong)在重(zhong)載大型裝(zhuang)備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器采(cai)用整體式叉頭布(bu)局(ju)，主(zhu)要用于軋(ya)鋼機(ji)械，起(qi)重運輸機(ji)械等其他重型(xing)裝備領域(yu)，回轉(zhuan)直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運用相當廣泛(fan)的萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在(zai)安裝過程(cheng)中(zhong)都不(bu)可避(bi)免地要進行同(tong)軸度(du)的調整，使對(dui)輪既同(tong)心又平行，否(fou)則(ze)將(jiang)影響(xiang)機泵使用效率或造(zao)成設備運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將(jiang)不同機(ji)構中的主動軸(zhou)和從(cong)動軸(zhou)牢固地聯接(jie)起來一同旋轉，并(bing)傳遞運動和扭矩的機(ji)械部件。有時也用以(yi)聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與其他零(ling)件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠(kao)背(bei)輪常由兩(liang)半合(he)成，分別(bie)用鍵或緊配(pei)合(he)等聯接，緊固(gu)在兩(liang)軸端，再通過某種方式將兩(liang)半聯接起來。
