萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動(dong)效率優異，在現代(dai)工業(ye)領(ling)域被廣(guang)泛采(cai)用。

SWP十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器使用的場合相近(jin)，主要運(yun)用在重載大(da)型(xing)裝(zhuang)備(bei)領(ling)域，回轉直徑(jing)可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采用(yong)整體(ti)式叉頭布局，主要用(yong)于軋(ya)鋼機械，起重(zhong)運(yun)輸機械等其他重(zhong)型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領域，回(hui)轉直徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離可達(da)30m以上，是運(yun)用(yong)相(xiang)當廣泛的萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不可避免地要(yao)進行(xing)同(tong)軸度的調整，使對(dui)輪(lun)既同(tong)心(xin)又平(ping)行(xing)，否則將影響機泵(beng)使用效率或造成設備(bei)運(yun)行(xing)事(shi)故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將(jiang)不同(tong)機構中的主動軸和從動軸牢固地聯接(jie)起(qi)來(lai)一同(tong)旋(xuan)轉，并(bing)傳遞(di)運(yun)動和扭矩的機械部件。有(you)時也(ye)用以聯接(jie)軸與其他零件（如齒輪(lun)、帶(dai)輪(lun)等）。
