彈(dan)(dan)性(xing)(xing)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)體是輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)必要的(de)(de)備件之(zhi)(zhi)一,相(xiang)應的(de)(de)分(fen)(fen)為(wei)(wei)UL、LA、LB輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)體。輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)式(shi)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)分(fen)(fen)為(wei)(wei)凸(tu)型和(he)凹型兩大(da)類,凸(tu)型又(you)分(fen)(fen)為(wei)(wei)帶骨(gu)架整體式(shi)、無(wu)骨(gu)整體式(shi)和(he)徑(jing)向切口式(shi)三種。輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)環內側用(yong)硫化(hua)方法與(yu)鋼質骨(gu)架粘接成一體,骨(gu)架上的(de)(de)螺栓(shuan)(shuan)孔(kong)處焊(han)有(you)(you)螺母。裝配(pei)時用(yong)螺栓(shuan)(shuan)與(yu)兩半聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)的(de)(de)凸(tu)緣連接,依靠擰(ning)緊螺栓(shuan)(shuan)使輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)與(yu)凸(tu)緣端面之(zhi)(zhi)間產生的(de)(de)摩擦(ca)力(li)來傳遞轉矩,輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)環工作時發生扭轉剪切變形(xing),故輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)具有(you)(you)很高的(de)(de)彈(dan)(dan)性(xing)(xing),補(bu)償(chang)兩軸(zhou)相(xiang)對位(wei)移的(de)(de)能力(li)較(jiao)(jiao)大(da),并有(you)(you)良好的(de)(de)阻尼(ni),而(er)且結構簡單、不需潤滑、裝拆(chai)和(he)維護(hu)都比較(jiao)(jiao)方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是(shi)承(cheng)載能力(li)(li)(li)不高(gao)、外形尺(chi)寸較(jiao)大(da),隨著(zhu)兩軸(zhou)(zhou)相(xiang)對(dui)扭轉角的(de)增加(jia)使輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)外形扭歪,軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)尺(chi)寸略有(you)減(jian)小,將在(zai)兩軸(zhou)(zhou)上產生較(jiao)大(da)的(de)附加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)(li)(li),使軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)負載加(jia)大(da)而降(jiang)低壽命。輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)速運(yun)轉時(shi),輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)外緣由于離心力(li)(li)(li)的(de)作用而向(xiang)外擴張,將進(jin)一步(bu)增大(da)附加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)(li)(li)。為(wei)此,在(zai)安(an)裝聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)時(shi)應采取(qu)措施,使輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)中的(de)應力(li)(li)(li)方向(xiang)與工(gong)作時(shi)產生的(de)應力(li)(li)(li)方向(xiang)相(xiang)反,以抵消部分附加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)(li)(li),達到改(gai)善聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)和兩軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)的(de)工(gong)和條件(jian)。
輪胎式聯(lian)軸器由于(yu)種(zhong)種(zhong)原因使其質(zhi)心或慣(guan)(guan)性主軸與其加(jia)轉(zhuan)軸線不(bu)重合(he),在運轉(zhuan)時將(jiang)產生不(bu)平衡(heng)離心慣(guan)(guan)性力、離心慣(guan)(guan)性力偶和(he)動撓(nao)度(振(zhen)型(xing))的現象,稱(cheng)為(wei)轉(zhuan)子的不(bu)平衡(heng)現象,這種(zhong)不(bu)平衡(heng)現象必然引起軸系的振(zhen)動,從而(er)影響機器的正常工(gong)作和(he)使用(yong)壽命,因而(er)對其必須加(jia)以重視。
