星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件,適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系,星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能,適應場合普遍,傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚(ju)氨脂彈性體由凸形爪塊限制。
梅花形聯軸器以聚氨脂塑料為彈性元件與二半聯軸器主體緊密組合,主體以進口配方合金鋁為主。梅花型聯軸器中間聚(ju)氨(an)脂(zhi)塑料元件以獨有配方配制,具有耐磨性高(gao)抗溫(wen)性好韌性強,與(yu)一般(ban)普通塑膠件質量穩定耐用. 梅花型體有六瓣(ban)和八瓣(ban),根據客戶要求定制. 固定方式有鍵(jian)槽(cao).

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

輪胎聯軸器采(cai)用輪胎(tai)(tai)體狀橡膠(jiao)元件,與兩個半聯經(jing)過螺栓聯接(jie),實現扭(niu)(niu)矩傳遞和位移(yi)補(bu)(bu)償。橡膠(jiao)輪胎(tai)(tai)聯軸器具有較(jiao)高的彈性(xing)性(xing)能,扭(niu)(niu)轉(zhuan)剛(gang)度小,減震能力強,軸向補(bu)(bu)償能力較(jiao)大,有良好的阻尼性(xing)能。
彈(dan)性輪胎聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)輪胎體是輪胎聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)必要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)備件之(zhi)一(yi)(yi),相(xiang)(xiang)應(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)分為UL、LA、LB輪胎體。輪胎式聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)分為凸(tu)(tu)(tu)型和(he)凹型兩(liang)大(da)類,凸(tu)(tu)(tu)型又分為帶骨(gu)架整體式、無骨(gu)整體式和(he)徑向切(qie)口(kou)式三種。輪胎環內(nei)側用硫化方法與(yu)鋼(gang)質骨(gu)架粘接成一(yi)(yi)體,骨(gu)架上的(de)(de)(de)(de)螺栓(shuan)(shuan)孔處焊有螺母。裝配時用螺栓(shuan)(shuan)與(yu)兩(liang)半聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)凸(tu)(tu)(tu)緣連接,依靠擰緊螺栓(shuan)(shuan)使輪胎與(yu)凸(tu)(tu)(tu)緣端面之(zhi)間產生的(de)(de)(de)(de)摩擦力來傳遞(di)轉矩,輪胎環工作時發生扭轉剪切(qie)變形,故輪胎聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)具有很高的(de)(de)(de)(de)彈(dan)性,補償兩(liang)軸相(xiang)(xiang)對位移的(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力較(jiao)大(da),并(bing)有良好的(de)(de)(de)(de)阻尼(ni),而且結構簡單(dan)、不需潤(run)滑、裝拆和(he)維護都比(bi)較(jiao)方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是承(cheng)載能力(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)不高、外(wai)形尺(chi)寸(cun)較大(da),隨著(zhu)兩(liang)(liang)軸相對扭轉角的(de)(de)增加(jia)使(shi)輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)外(wai)形扭歪,軸向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)尺(chi)寸(cun)略有(you)減小(xiao),將(jiang)在兩(liang)(liang)軸上產生(sheng)較大(da)的(de)(de)附加(jia)軸向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li)(li)(li)(li),使(shi)軸承(cheng)負載加(jia)大(da)而(er)降低壽命。輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸器(qi)高速運轉時(shi)(shi),輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)外(wai)緣由(you)于離心(xin)力(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)而(er)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)外(wai)擴張,將(jiang)進一步增大(da)附加(jia)軸向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)。為(wei)此,在安裝聯(lian)軸器(qi)時(shi)(shi)應(ying)(ying)采(cai)取措施,使(shi)輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)中的(de)(de)應(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)與工作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)產生(sheng)的(de)(de)應(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)相反,以抵消部分(fen)附加(jia)軸向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li)(li)(li)(li),達到改善(shan)聯(lian)軸器(qi)和(he)兩(liang)(liang)軸承(cheng)的(de)(de)工和(he)條件(jian)。
輪(lun)胎式聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器由于種(zhong)種(zhong)原因使(shi)(shi)其質(zhi)心或慣(guan)性主軸(zhou)(zhou)與其加轉(zhuan)軸(zhou)(zhou)線不(bu)重合(he),在運(yun)轉(zhuan)時將產生不(bu)平衡(heng)離心慣(guan)性力(li)、離心慣(guan)性力(li)偶(ou)和(he)動撓度(du)(振(zhen)型)的(de)現象(xiang),稱(cheng)為轉(zhuan)子的(de)不(bu)平衡(heng)現象(xiang),這種(zhong)不(bu)平衡(heng)現象(xiang)必(bi)(bi)然引起軸(zhou)(zhou)系的(de)振(zhen)動,從而(er)影響機器的(de)正常工作(zuo)和(he)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)壽命,因而(er)對其必(bi)(bi)須(xu)加以重視(shi)。
