
輪胎聯軸器采(cai)用輪胎體狀(zhuang)橡(xiang)膠元件,與兩個半聯經(jing)過螺栓聯接,實現扭(niu)矩(ju)傳(chuan)遞(di)和位移補償。橡(xiang)膠輪胎聯軸(zhou)器具有較高的彈性(xing)(xing)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng),扭(niu)轉剛度(du)小(xiao),減震能(neng)(neng)力強(qiang),軸(zhou)向補償能(neng)(neng)力較大,有良好的阻尼(ni)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)。
彈性(xing)輪(lun)胎聯(lian)(lian)軸器輪(lun)胎體是輪(lun)胎聯(lian)(lian)軸器必要的(de)(de)備(bei)件之一,相應的(de)(de)分為UL、LA、LB輪(lun)胎體。輪(lun)胎式聯(lian)(lian)軸器分為凸(tu)(tu)型和凹型兩大類,凸(tu)(tu)型又(you)分為帶骨(gu)架整體式、無骨(gu)整體式和徑向切(qie)口式三種。輪(lun)胎環內側用硫化方(fang)法(fa)與鋼質骨(gu)架粘接(jie)成一體,骨(gu)架上的(de)(de)螺(luo)栓(shuan)(shuan)(shuan)孔(kong)處焊有螺(luo)母(mu)。裝配(pei)時用螺(luo)栓(shuan)(shuan)(shuan)與兩半聯(lian)(lian)軸器的(de)(de)凸(tu)(tu)緣連接(jie),依(yi)靠(kao)擰緊(jin)螺(luo)栓(shuan)(shuan)(shuan)使輪(lun)胎與凸(tu)(tu)緣端面之間產生的(de)(de)摩擦力來傳遞轉(zhuan)矩,輪(lun)胎環工(gong)作時發生扭轉(zhuan)剪(jian)切(qie)變形,故輪(lun)胎聯(lian)(lian)軸器具有很高的(de)(de)彈性(xing),補償(chang)兩軸相對位移的(de)(de)能(neng)力較大,并有良好的(de)(de)阻尼,而且結構簡單、不需(xu)潤(run)滑、裝拆和維護都比較方(fang)便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點(dian)是承(cheng)載能力不高、外(wai)(wai)形尺(chi)寸(cun)較大(da),隨著兩(liang)(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)相(xiang)對扭(niu)轉角的增加使(shi)輪胎外(wai)(wai)形扭(niu)歪,軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)尺(chi)寸(cun)略有減小,將在兩(liang)(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)上(shang)產(chan)生較大(da)的附加軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力,使(shi)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)負載加大(da)而(er)降低(di)壽命。輪胎聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)高速運轉時,輪胎外(wai)(wai)緣(yuan)由于離心力的作(zuo)用而(er)向(xiang)外(wai)(wai)擴(kuo)張(zhang),將進一步(bu)增大(da)附加軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力。為此,在安裝聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)時應(ying)采取措(cuo)施(shi),使(shi)輪胎中(zhong)的應(ying)力方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)與工作(zuo)時產(chan)生的應(ying)力方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)相(xiang)反(fan),以抵消部分附加軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力,達到(dao)改善聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)和兩(liang)(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)的工和條件。
輪胎式聯軸(zhou)器(qi)由于(yu)種種原(yuan)因使(shi)其質心(xin)或慣性(xing)主軸(zhou)與(yu)其加轉(zhuan)軸(zhou)線不(bu)(bu)重(zhong)合,在(zai)運轉(zhuan)時(shi)將產(chan)生不(bu)(bu)平衡(heng)離(li)心(xin)慣性(xing)力(li)、離(li)心(xin)慣性(xing)力(li)偶(ou)和動(dong)撓(nao)度(振型(xing))的現象(xiang)(xiang),稱為(wei)轉(zhuan)子的不(bu)(bu)平衡(heng)現象(xiang)(xiang),這種不(bu)(bu)平衡(heng)現象(xiang)(xiang)必(bi)然引起軸(zhou)系的振動(dong),從而影響機(ji)器(qi)的正(zheng)常工(gong)作(zuo)和使(shi)用壽命,因而對其必(bi)須加以(yi)重(zhong)視(shi)。
The tyre coupling adopts tyre body-shaped rubber elements, which are connected with two semi-couplings through bolts to realize torque transmission and displacement compensation.
