輪胎式聯軸器缺點是承載能力(li)不高、外(wai)(wai)形尺(chi)寸(cun)較大(da)(da),隨著兩軸(zhou)相(xiang)對扭(niu)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)角的(de)(de)(de)增(zeng)加使(shi)(shi)輪胎外(wai)(wai)形扭(niu)歪,軸(zhou)向(xiang)尺(chi)寸(cun)略有(you)減小,將在(zai)兩軸(zhou)上產(chan)生較大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)附(fu)加軸(zhou)向(xiang)力(li),使(shi)(shi)軸(zhou)承負載加大(da)(da)而降低壽命。輪胎聯軸(zhou)器高速(su)運轉(zhuan)(zhuan)時,輪胎外(wai)(wai)緣由于(yu)離心力(li)的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用而向(xiang)外(wai)(wai)擴張(zhang),將進一步增(zeng)大(da)(da)附(fu)加軸(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)。為此,在(zai)安(an)裝聯軸(zhou)器時應采(cai)取措施,使(shi)(shi)輪胎中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)應力(li)方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)與工作(zuo)時產(chan)生的(de)(de)(de)應力(li)方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)相(xiang)反(fan),以抵(di)消(xiao)部(bu)分附(fu)加軸(zhou)向(xiang)力(li),達到改善聯軸(zhou)器和(he)兩軸(zhou)承的(de)(de)(de)工和(he)條件。
輪胎式聯軸器(qi)由于(yu)種種原(yuan)因使其(qi)質心或(huo)慣性(xing)主(zhu)軸與其(qi)加轉(zhuan)軸線(xian)不(bu)(bu)重(zhong)合,在運轉(zhuan)時將產生(sheng)不(bu)(bu)平衡(heng)(heng)(heng)離(li)心慣性(xing)力(li)、離(li)心慣性(xing)力(li)偶(ou)和動撓度(振(zhen)型)的現象,稱(cheng)為轉(zhuan)子(zi)的不(bu)(bu)平衡(heng)(heng)(heng)現象,這種不(bu)(bu)平衡(heng)(heng)(heng)現象必然引起軸系的振(zhen)動,從(cong)而(er)影(ying)響機器(qi)的正常工作和使用壽命,因而(er)對其(qi)必須加以重(zhong)視(shi)。
