SWP十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸器采用剖分式叉頭布局，與(yu)SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸器使用的場合相近，主要運用在重載(zai)大型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采(cai)用(yong)整(zheng)體(ti)式(shi)叉頭布局，主(zhu)要用(yong)于軋(ya)鋼機械，起重(zhong)運(yun)輸機械等(deng)其他重(zhong)型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直(zhi)徑可到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞距離可達30m以上(shang)，是運(yun)用(yong)相當廣泛的萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機泵在(zai)安裝過程中都不可避免(mian)地要進(jin)行同軸(zhou)度的調整，使對輪既同心(xin)又平行，否則將影響機泵使用(yong)效率(lv)或造成設備運行事(shi)故。
