SWP十字萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用剖分(fen)式叉頭布(bu)局，與SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)使用的場合(he)相近(jin)，主要運用在(zai)重載大型裝備(bei)領(ling)域，回轉直徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸器采(cai)用整體式叉頭(tou)布局，主(zhu)要(yao)用于(yu)軋鋼機械，起重運輸(shu)機械等其他重型裝備領域，回(hui)轉(zhuan)直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭(niu)矩(ju)傳(chuan)遞距離可(ke)達30m以(yi)上(shang)，是運用相當廣泛的萬(wan)向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機(ji)(ji)泵(beng)在安裝過(guo)程中都不可避免地要(yao)進行同(tong)軸度的調整，使(shi)對輪既同(tong)心又平行，否則將(jiang)影響機(ji)(ji)泵(beng)使(shi)用效率或造(zao)成設備運行事(shi)故。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)與(yu)風機(ji)連(lian)接的(de)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。它可以(yi)將(jiang)不同機(ji)構中的(de)主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢牢地緊密(mi)連(lian)接在一起，以(yi)此(ci)達到一同旋轉(zhuan)的(de)目的(de)，并傳(chuan)遞運動(dong)機(ji)械零件，有(you)時也用以(yi)聯(lian)接軸(zhou)與(yu)其他零件。

風機聯軸(zhou)器具有減(jian)速(su)、增速(su)、變向(xiang)和換向(xiang)等動(dong)作以及緩和沖(chong)擊、吸振(zhen)的作用。聯軸(zhou)器可(ke)分為(wei)剛性(xing)聯軸(zhou)器和撓性(xing)聯軸(zhou)器兩(liang)大類(lei)。前者不具有緩沖(chong)性(xing)和補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)線相對位移的能力，但結構(gou)簡(jian)單，制造成本較低(di)，裝拆、維護方便。
