SWP十字(zi)萬(wan)向聯軸器(qi)采用(yong)(yong)剖(pou)分式叉頭布局(ju)，與(yu)SWC十字(zi)萬(wan)向聯軸器(qi)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的場(chang)合相近，主要(yao)運(yun)用(yong)(yong)在重載大型裝備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸器采用整體式叉頭(tou)布局，主要用于(yu)軋鋼機(ji)(ji)械(xie)，起重(zhong)運(yun)輸機(ji)(ji)械(xie)等其他重(zhong)型裝備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達(da)30m以(yi)上，是運(yun)用相當廣泛的萬向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不可(ke)避免地要進行同軸(zhou)度的調整，使對(dui)輪既同心又平行，否則將(jiang)影響機泵(beng)使用效率(lv)或造成設備(bei)運(yun)行事故。
