SWP十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用剖(pou)分式叉頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)使用的場合相近(jin)，主要運(yun)用在重載(zai)大型裝(zhuang)備領(ling)域，回(hui)轉直徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器采用整體式(shi)叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機械，起重(zhong)運輸(shu)機械等其他重(zhong)型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞距離(li)可達(da)30m以上(shang)，是運用相當廣泛(fan)的萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不可避免(mian)地要進行同軸度的調整(zheng)，使對輪(lun)既同心又平行，否則(ze)將影響機泵(beng)使用效率或造成設備運行事故。
