梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接，梅花彈性聯軸器具有補償(chang)兩軸(zhou)相(xiang)對位移，減振緩(huan)沖，結構簡單，無需潤滑維護(hu)方(fang)便(bian)等特(te)點。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂(zhi)彈性體由凸形(xing)爪塊限(xian)制(zhi)。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

對(dui)輪聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)在(zai)(zai)工(gong)作過程中(zhong)(zhong)，并且(qie)會帶來(lai)燃油消耗空(kong)氣污染等后果，由(you)于承受咬(yao)入沖(chong)擊動(dong)載(zai)荷，使得聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)受到峰值轉矩，聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)承載(zai)能力下降，并在(zai)(zai)短時間(jian)內(nei)失(shi)效(xiao)，從而(er)直接影(ying)響其(qi)正常工(gong)作，其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)較薄(bo)弱環節進(jin)行替換或(huo)維修是(shi)重要和實(shi)用(yong)的(de)(de)。聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)相(xiang)對(dui)半徑變位要求較好，找耦(ou)合(he)同心度為0.2~0.6mm，存(cun)在(zai)(zai)很大(da)(da)困難。如果在(zai)(zai)駕(jia)駛過程中(zhong)(zhong)螺栓松動(dong)，泵裝置(zhi)的(de)(de)振動(dong)和噪(zao)音可能會變大(da)(da)。
