SWC十字萬向聯軸器采用整體式(shi)叉頭布局(ju)，主要用于(yu)軋鋼機(ji)(ji)械(xie)(xie)，起重運輸機(ji)(ji)械(xie)(xie)等其他重型(xing)裝備領(ling)域(yu)，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運用相(xiang)當廣泛(fan)的萬向聯軸器。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來(lai)將不同(tong)機構中的(de)主動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢(lao)固地聯接起來(lai)一同(tong)旋轉，并傳遞運動(dong)和扭矩的(de)機械部件。有時也(ye)用(yong)以聯接軸與其(qi)他零(ling)件（如齒輪(lun)、帶(dai)輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常(chang)由兩(liang)半合成，分別用鍵或(huo)緊配(pei)合等聯(lian)接，緊固在(zai)兩(liang)軸端(duan)，再通過某種方(fang)式將兩(liang)半聯(lian)接起來。
