萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動效率(lv)優異，在現代工(gong)業領域被廣泛(fan)采用(yong)。

SWP十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸器(qi)采用剖分式叉(cha)頭(tou)布局，與(yu)SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸器(qi)使用的場合相近，主(zhu)要運用在重載大型(xing)裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采用(yong)整(zheng)體式(shi)叉頭布局(ju)，主要用(yong)于(yu)軋(ya)鋼機械，起重運(yun)輸機械等其他(ta)重型裝備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以上，是(shi)運(yun)用(yong)相當(dang)廣泛的萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵在安裝過(guo)程中都不可避免(mian)地要進(jin)行(xing)(xing)同(tong)軸度的調(diao)整，使對輪既同(tong)心又平行(xing)(xing)，否則(ze)將(jiang)影響機(ji)泵使用(yong)效率或(huo)造(zao)成設備運行(xing)(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不同機構中的(de)主動(dong)軸和(he)從動(dong)軸牢固地聯接起來(lai)一同旋轉，并(bing)傳遞運動(dong)和(he)扭(niu)矩的(de)機械部件(jian)(jian)。有時也用以聯接軸與(yu)其他零件(jian)(jian)（如齒輪、帶(dai)輪等）。

靠背輪常由(you)兩(liang)半合成(cheng)，分(fen)別(bie)用鍵(jian)或緊配合等聯接，緊固在兩(liang)軸端，再(zai)通過某種方式將兩(liang)半聯接起來。
