伺服(fu)(fu)電機(ji)聯(lian)軸器，因其使(shi)用(yong)場合(he)的(de)(de)精密(mi)性，必須具備特殊的(de)(de)性能(neng)：零間隙(xi)：聯(lian)軸器整體在傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)過(guo)程中不允許有(you)間隙(xi)，包括正向(xiang)間隙(xi)以及(ji)回程間隙(xi)；高(gao)剛性：即(ji)不允許出現傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)遲滯(zhi)性，否則將嚴重影響伺服(fu)(fu)馬達傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)精度(du)；低慣量：在保(bao)證傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)強度(du)的(de)(de)基礎之上，應盡可能(neng)降(jiang)低伺服(fu)(fu)馬達聯(lian)軸器的(de)(de)重量；柔(rou)性：精密(mi)的(de)(de)伺服(fu)(fu)聯(lian)軸器，不僅(jin)要(yao)求剛性高(gao)，同時需要(yao)吸(xi)收安(an)裝過(guo)程中產生的(de)(de)軸與(yu)軸之間的(de)(de)偏差；其他性能(neng)：耐熱性、動(dong)(dong)平衡性等。
