對(dui)輪(lun)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器在工作過程中,并且會帶(dai)來燃油(you)消耗空氣污染等后果(guo),由于(yu)承(cheng)(cheng)受(shou)咬入(ru)沖(chong)擊(ji)動載(zai)荷,使(shi)得聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器受(shou)到(dao)峰(feng)值轉矩(ju),聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器承(cheng)(cheng)載(zai)能力下降,并在短時間內失效(xiao),從而直接影響(xiang)其(qi)正常工作,其(qi)中的(de)(de)較(jiao)薄弱環節進行(xing)替(ti)換或維修是(shi)重要(yao)和實用的(de)(de)。聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器兩軸(zhou)相對(dui)半徑變(bian)位要(yao)求較(jiao)好,找耦合同(tong)心度為(wei)0.2~0.6mm,存在很大困難。如果(guo)在駕駛過程中螺栓(shuan)松(song)動,泵裝置的(de)(de)振動和噪(zao)音可能會變(bian)大。
