SWP十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用剖分(fen)式叉(cha)頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器使用的(de)場合(he)相(xiang)近(jin)，主要運(yun)用在(zai)重載大型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器采用(yong)整體式叉(cha)頭(tou)布局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)械，起(qi)重運輸機(ji)械等(deng)其(qi)他重型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離可達30m以上，是(shi)運用(yong)相當廣泛的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝過程中(zhong)都不可避免地要進(jin)行同軸(zhou)度的調整(zheng)，使對(dui)輪既同心又(you)平(ping)行，否則將(jiang)影響機泵使用(yong)效率或(huo)造成設(she)備運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不(bu)同機構中的(de)主動軸(zhou)和(he)從動軸(zhou)牢固地(di)聯(lian)(lian)接(jie)起來一同旋轉，并(bing)傳遞運(yun)動和(he)扭矩的(de)機械(xie)部件。有時也用以(yi)聯(lian)(lian)接(jie)軸(zhou)與其他零件（如齒輪、帶(dai)輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半(ban)(ban)合(he)成，分別用(yong)鍵或(huo)緊配合(he)等聯(lian)接，緊固在兩(liang)軸端，再通過某種方式將兩(liang)半(ban)(ban)聯(lian)接起來。
