對輪聯軸器在(zai)(zai)工作過程中,并且會(hui)帶來燃油消耗空氣污染(ran)等后果(guo),由于承(cheng)受(shou)咬入沖擊(ji)動(dong)載荷,使得聯軸器受(shou)到峰值轉矩(ju),聯軸器承(cheng)載能力(li)下降,并在(zai)(zai)短時間內失效,從(cong)而直(zhi)接影(ying)響其正常工作,其中的較薄弱環(huan)節進(jin)行替換或維修是重(zhong)要和實(shi)用的。聯軸器兩軸相(xiang)對半徑變(bian)位要求較好(hao),找(zhao)耦(ou)合同心度(du)為0.2~0.6mm,存在(zai)(zai)很(hen)大(da)困難。如果(guo)在(zai)(zai)駕(jia)駛過程中螺栓松動(dong),泵裝置(zhi)的振動(dong)和噪音可(ke)能會(hui)變(bian)大(da)。
