SWC十字萬(wan)向聯軸器采用(yong)整(zheng)體式叉(cha)頭布局，主(zhu)要用(yong)于(yu)軋鋼機械(xie)，起重運(yun)輸機械(xie)等其他(ta)重型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達(da)30m以上，是(shi)運(yun)用(yong)相當(dang)廣(guang)泛的萬(wan)向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵在安裝過程中都不可避免地要進行同軸度的調整，使對輪(lun)既同心(xin)又平行，否(fou)則將影響機(ji)泵使用效率或造(zao)成(cheng)設備運行事故。
