伺(si)服(fu)電機(ji)聯軸(zhou)器,因其使用場(chang)合(he)的(de)精(jing)密性(xing),必(bi)須具(ju)備特(te)殊的(de)性(xing)能(neng)(neng):零間(jian)(jian)隙:聯軸(zhou)器整體在(zai)(zai)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)過程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)不(bu)(bu)允許有間(jian)(jian)隙,包(bao)括正向間(jian)(jian)隙以及回程(cheng)(cheng)間(jian)(jian)隙;高剛(gang)性(xing):即不(bu)(bu)允許出現傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)遲滯性(xing),否則(ze)將(jiang)嚴重影(ying)響伺(si)服(fu)馬達(da)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)精(jing)度;低慣量(liang):在(zai)(zai)保證傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)強度的(de)基礎之(zhi)上(shang),應盡可能(neng)(neng)降低伺(si)服(fu)馬達(da)聯軸(zhou)器的(de)重量(liang);柔性(xing):精(jing)密的(de)伺(si)服(fu)聯軸(zhou)器,不(bu)(bu)僅要求剛(gang)性(xing)高,同時需(xu)要吸收安(an)裝(zhuang)過程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)產生的(de)軸(zhou)與軸(zhou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)偏差(cha);其他性(xing)能(neng)(neng):耐熱性(xing)、動(dong)(dong)(dong)平衡(heng)性(xing)等。
