伺服(fu)電機聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)，因其使用場合的(de)精(jing)密性(xing)(xing)，必須(xu)具備特殊的(de)性(xing)(xing)能：零間(jian)隙：聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)整體在傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)過(guo)程中不(bu)允許有間(jian)隙，包括正向間(jian)隙以及回程間(jian)隙；高剛性(xing)(xing)：即不(bu)允許出現傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)遲滯性(xing)(xing)，否則(ze)將嚴重(zhong)影響伺服(fu)馬達(da)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)精(jing)度；低慣量：在保證(zheng)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)強度的(de)基礎之(zhi)上(shang)，應(ying)盡可(ke)能降低伺服(fu)馬達(da)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的(de)重(zhong)量；柔性(xing)(xing)：精(jing)密的(de)伺服(fu)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)，不(bu)僅(jin)要求剛性(xing)(xing)高，同時需(xu)要吸收安裝過(guo)程中產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)軸(zhou)與軸(zhou)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)偏差；其他性(xing)(xing)能：耐熱性(xing)(xing)、動(dong)(dong)平(ping)衡性(xing)(xing)等。

風機聯軸器是電機與風(feng)機連接(jie)的(de)(de)聯軸器(qi)。它(ta)可以(yi)將不同(tong)機構中的(de)(de)主動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢(lao)牢(lao)地緊密連接(jie)在一起(qi)，以(yi)此達到一同(tong)旋轉的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)，并(bing)傳(chuan)遞運動(dong)機械零(ling)(ling)件(jian)，有時也用以(yi)聯接(jie)軸與其他零(ling)(ling)件(jian)。

風機(ji)聯(lian)(lian)軸器具有減速、增速、變(bian)向(xiang)和(he)換向(xiang)等動作以及緩和(he)沖(chong)擊、吸振的(de)作用。聯(lian)(lian)軸器可(ke)分(fen)為剛性(xing)聯(lian)(lian)軸器和(he)撓性(xing)聯(lian)(lian)軸器兩大類(lei)。前者不具有緩沖(chong)性(xing)和(he)補償兩軸線相對位移的(de)能力，但結構簡單，制造成本較低，裝拆、維(wei)護(hu)方便(bian)。
