SWP十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)剖分式叉頭布局，與(yu)SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)使用(yong)的場合(he)相近，主要運用(yong)在重(zhong)載大型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬向聯軸器(qi)采用(yong)(yong)整(zheng)體式叉(cha)頭布(bu)局，主要(yao)用(yong)(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)械(xie)，起重運輸機(ji)械(xie)等(deng)其他重型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞(di)距離可達30m以上，是運用(yong)(yong)相當廣泛的萬向聯軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵(beng)在(zai)安裝過程中都(dou)不可避免地要進行同軸度的調整，使對輪既同心又平行，否則將影響機泵(beng)使用效率或造(zao)成設(she)備運行事故(gu)。
