SWP十字萬向聯軸器采用(yong)剖分(fen)式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯軸器使用(yong)的場合相(xiang)近，主要運用(yong)在重(zhong)載(zai)大型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直(zhi)徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器采用整(zheng)體式(shi)叉頭布局，主要用于軋(ya)鋼機(ji)械，起重運輸機(ji)械等其他重型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可(ke)達(da)30m以上，是(shi)運用相當廣泛的萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機(ji)泵在安裝過程(cheng)中都不可(ke)避免地要進行同(tong)軸(zhou)度的調整，使對輪既同(tong)心又平行，否則將影響機(ji)泵使用效率(lv)或造成設備運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機(ji)構(gou)中的主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢固地(di)聯接起來一同旋(xuan)轉，并(bing)傳(chuan)遞運動(dong)和扭矩的機(ji)械部件。有(you)時(shi)也用以聯接軸(zhou)與其他零件（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等(deng)）。
