對(dui)輪聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器在工作(zuo)過程(cheng)中,并且會帶來燃油(you)消耗空氣污染等后果,由于(yu)承(cheng)(cheng)受咬入沖(chong)擊動(dong)(dong)載(zai)荷,使(shi)得聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器受到峰值轉矩,聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器承(cheng)(cheng)載(zai)能(neng)力下降,并在短時(shi)間內失效,從(cong)而直接影響其(qi)正常工作(zuo),其(qi)中的(de)(de)較薄弱環節(jie)進行替換或維(wei)修(xiu)是(shi)重要和實用的(de)(de)。聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器兩軸(zhou)(zhou)相對(dui)半徑變(bian)位要求較好,找耦(ou)合同心度為(wei)0.2~0.6mm,存在很大困難。如果在駕駛過程(cheng)中螺栓松動(dong)(dong),泵裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)振動(dong)(dong)和噪音可能(neng)會變(bian)大。
