SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸器采(cai)用整體(ti)式叉(cha)頭布局，主要用于(yu)軋鋼機械(xie)(xie)，起(qi)重運輸(shu)機械(xie)(xie)等其他重型裝備領域(yu)，回(hui)轉(zhuan)直徑(jing)可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離可達(da)30m以(yi)上(shang)，是運用相當廣(guang)泛(fan)的萬(wan)向聯軸器。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將(jiang)不(bu)同機構(gou)中(zhong)的(de)主動(dong)(dong)軸和從動(dong)(dong)軸牢(lao)固(gu)地聯(lian)接起來一(yi)同旋轉，并(bing)傳遞運動(dong)(dong)和扭矩的(de)機械部件(jian)。有時也(ye)用以聯(lian)接軸與其他零件(jian)（如齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)、帶輪(lun)(lun)等）。

靠背輪常由(you)兩半合(he)成，分(fen)別用鍵或緊(jin)配(pei)合(he)等聯(lian)接(jie)，緊(jin)固(gu)在兩軸端，再(zai)通過某種方式將兩半聯(lian)接(jie)起來。
