星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件,適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系,星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能,適應場合普遍,傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性體由凸形爪塊(kuai)限(xian)制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

彈性(xing)輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)體是輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器必要的(de)備(bei)件之一,相(xiang)應的(de)分(fen)(fen)(fen)為UL、LA、LB輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)體。輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)式聯(lian)軸(zhou)器分(fen)(fen)(fen)為凸型和凹型兩大類,凸型又分(fen)(fen)(fen)為帶骨架(jia)整體式、無骨整體式和徑向(xiang)切(qie)口式三種。輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)環內側用(yong)硫(liu)化方(fang)法(fa)與(yu)鋼(gang)質骨架(jia)粘(zhan)接成一體,骨架(jia)上的(de)螺栓孔處焊有螺母。裝(zhuang)配(pei)時用(yong)螺栓與(yu)兩半聯(lian)軸(zhou)器的(de)凸緣(yuan)連接,依(yi)靠擰緊螺栓使輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)與(yu)凸緣(yuan)端面之間產生的(de)摩擦力(li)來傳遞轉(zhuan)矩,輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)環工作時發生扭轉(zhuan)剪(jian)切(qie)變形,故輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器具(ju)有很高的(de)彈性(xing),補(bu)償兩軸(zhou)相(xiang)對位移(yi)的(de)能(neng)力(li)較(jiao)大,并有良好的(de)阻尼,而且(qie)結構簡(jian)單、不需潤滑、裝(zhuang)拆和維護(hu)都比較(jiao)方(fang)便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是承(cheng)載能力(li)(li)不高、外(wai)(wai)形尺寸(cun)較(jiao)大(da),隨著兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)相(xiang)對扭轉(zhuan)角的(de)增加使輪胎(tai)外(wai)(wai)形扭歪(wai),軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)尺寸(cun)略(lve)有減小,將(jiang)在兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)上(shang)產生較(jiao)大(da)的(de)附(fu)加軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)(li),使軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)負載加大(da)而(er)降低壽命。輪胎(tai)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器高速(su)運(yun)轉(zhuan)時(shi)(shi),輪胎(tai)外(wai)(wai)緣(yuan)由于(yu)離心力(li)(li)的(de)作(zuo)用而(er)向(xiang)外(wai)(wai)擴張,將(jiang)進一步增大(da)附(fu)加軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)(li)。為此,在安裝聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器時(shi)(shi)應采取措施,使輪胎(tai)中的(de)應力(li)(li)方向(xiang)與工作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)產生的(de)應力(li)(li)方向(xiang)相(xiang)反,以抵消部分附(fu)加軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)(li),達到(dao)改(gai)善聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器和兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)的(de)工和條件(jian)。
輪胎式聯(lian)軸(zhou)器由于種種原因使其(qi)質心或慣(guan)(guan)性主軸(zhou)與(yu)其(qi)加轉軸(zhou)線(xian)不重(zhong)合(he),在運(yun)轉時將產生不平衡(heng)離心慣(guan)(guan)性力(li)(li)、離心慣(guan)(guan)性力(li)(li)偶和(he)動(dong)撓度(振(zhen)型(xing))的(de)現象(xiang),稱為轉子的(de)不平衡(heng)現象(xiang),這種不平衡(heng)現象(xiang)必然引起軸(zhou)系(xi)的(de)振(zhen)動(dong),從而(er)影(ying)響機器的(de)正常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo)和(he)使用壽命,因而(er)對其(qi)必須加以(yi)重(zhong)視。
