扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當超載或機械故障(zhang)而導致所需扭(niu)矩超過(guo)設定值時，它以打滑(hua)形(xing)式限制(zhi)傳動系統(tong)所傳動的(de)扭(niu)力，打滑(hua)的(de)同時也能(neng)一(yi)個信號輸出停掉(diao)電機和減(jian)速機，當過(guo)載情形(xing)消失(shi)后自行恢(hui)復聯(lian)結。
