SWP十字萬向聯軸器采用剖分式叉頭布局，與(yu)SWC十字萬向聯軸器使(shi)用的場合相近，主要運用在重載大型裝(zhuang)備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可(ke)達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器采用整體(ti)式(shi)叉(cha)頭布局，主要(yao)用于(yu)軋鋼機(ji)械，起(qi)重(zhong)運輸機(ji)械等其他重(zhong)型(xing)裝備領域，回(hui)轉(zhuan)直徑可到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞距離可達(da)30m以(yi)上，是運用相當(dang)廣泛(fan)的萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)(de)機泵在安(an)裝(zhuang)過程中(zhong)都(dou)不可(ke)避免(mian)地要進行同軸(zhou)度的(de)(de)調整，使對輪既同心又平行，否則將影響機泵使用效率或造成設備(bei)運行事(shi)故。
