伺(si)服(fu)電(dian)機(ji)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器，因(yin)其使(shi)用場合的(de)精密性(xing)(xing)，必須具備特殊的(de)性(xing)(xing)能：零間隙(xi)：聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器整體在傳(chuan)動過(guo)程(cheng)中不(bu)允許有間隙(xi)，包括正向間隙(xi)以及回程(cheng)間隙(xi)；高剛性(xing)(xing)：即不(bu)允許出現傳(chuan)動的(de)遲滯性(xing)(xing)，否則將(jiang)嚴重影響伺(si)服(fu)馬(ma)達傳(chuan)動的(de)精度(du)；低慣量：在保證傳(chuan)動強度(du)的(de)基(ji)礎之上，應盡可能降低伺(si)服(fu)馬(ma)達聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器的(de)重量；柔性(xing)(xing)：精密的(de)伺(si)服(fu)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器，不(bu)僅要求剛性(xing)(xing)高，同時(shi)需要吸收安裝過(guo)程(cheng)中產生的(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)與軸(zhou)(zhou)之間的(de)偏差；其他(ta)性(xing)(xing)能：耐熱性(xing)(xing)、動平衡性(xing)(xing)等。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)(ji)(ji)與(yu)風機(ji)(ji)(ji)連接(jie)的聯軸(zhou)器。它可(ke)以將不同機(ji)(ji)(ji)構中的主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢(lao)牢(lao)地(di)緊密連接(jie)在一起，以此達到一同旋轉的目的，并傳(chuan)遞運(yun)動機(ji)(ji)(ji)械零件(jian)，有(you)時也(ye)用以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與(yu)其他(ta)零件(jian)。

風機(ji)聯軸(zhou)器具有(you)(you)減(jian)速(su)、增速(su)、變向(xiang)和換向(xiang)等動作以及緩和沖(chong)擊(ji)、吸振的作用(yong)。聯軸(zhou)器可(ke)分為剛性(xing)聯軸(zhou)器和撓(nao)性(xing)聯軸(zhou)器兩(liang)大類。前(qian)者不具有(you)(you)緩沖(chong)性(xing)和補償(chang)兩(liang)軸(zhou)線相對位移的能力，但結構(gou)簡(jian)單，制造成本較低，裝拆、維護(hu)方便。
