伺服(fu)電機聯(lian)軸器，因其(qi)使用(yong)場合的(de)精密(mi)性(xing)(xing)，必須具備特殊的(de)性(xing)(xing)能：零間(jian)隙(xi)：聯(lian)軸器整體在傳(chuan)動(dong)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中不(bu)允許有間(jian)隙(xi)，包括(kuo)正向間(jian)隙(xi)以及回(hui)程(cheng)間(jian)隙(xi)；高(gao)剛性(xing)(xing)：即(ji)不(bu)允許出(chu)現傳(chuan)動(dong)的(de)遲滯性(xing)(xing)，否則(ze)將嚴重影響伺服(fu)馬達(da)傳(chuan)動(dong)的(de)精度；低慣量(liang)：在保證傳(chuan)動(dong)強度的(de)基(ji)礎之上，應(ying)盡可能降低伺服(fu)馬達(da)聯(lian)軸器的(de)重量(liang)；柔性(xing)(xing)：精密(mi)的(de)伺服(fu)聯(lian)軸器，不(bu)僅要(yao)求剛性(xing)(xing)高(gao)，同時(shi)需要(yao)吸收安裝(zhuang)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中產生的(de)軸與軸之間(jian)的(de)偏(pian)差；其(qi)他性(xing)(xing)能：耐熱性(xing)(xing)、動(dong)平衡性(xing)(xing)等。

風機聯軸器是電機與(yu)風機連(lian)接(jie)的(de)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。它可以將(jiang)不(bu)同機構中的(de)主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢牢地緊(jin)密(mi)連(lian)接(jie)在一起(qi)，以此(ci)達到一同旋轉的(de)目的(de)，并傳遞運(yun)動(dong)機械零件，有時也(ye)用(yong)以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與(yu)其他零件。

風機聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)具(ju)(ju)有減速(su)、增速(su)、變向(xiang)和換向(xiang)等動作以及緩和沖(chong)擊、吸(xi)振的作用。聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)可分為剛性(xing)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)和撓性(xing)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)兩大類(lei)。前者不具(ju)(ju)有緩沖(chong)性(xing)和補(bu)償兩軸(zhou)線相(xiang)對位移的能力，但結構簡單，制造成本(ben)較低，裝拆、維(wei)護方便。
