SWP十字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采用剖分式(shi)叉頭布(bu)局，與SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器使用的場合相近，主要(yao)運用在(zai)重(zhong)載大型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)整體式叉頭(tou)布(bu)局(ju)，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)械，起重運輸機(ji)械等其(qi)他重型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領域，回(hui)轉直(zhi)徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離可達30m以上(shang)，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的萬向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機泵在安裝過程中都不可避免地(di)要(yao)進行(xing)(xing)同(tong)軸度的調整，使對輪既同(tong)心又平行(xing)(xing)，否則將影響機泵使用效(xiao)率或造成設備(bei)運行(xing)(xing)事故。
