星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件,適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系,星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能,適應場合普遍,傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性體由(you)凸形爪塊限制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

彈性(xing)輪胎聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)輪胎體是輪胎聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)必要(yao)的備件之一,相應的分為(wei)UL、LA、LB輪胎體。輪胎式(shi)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)分為(wei)凸(tu)型和(he)(he)凹型兩大類,凸(tu)型又分為(wei)帶(dai)骨架整體式(shi)、無骨整體式(shi)和(he)(he)徑(jing)向(xiang)切口式(shi)三(san)種(zhong)。輪胎環內側用(yong)硫化(hua)方法(fa)與鋼質(zhi)骨架粘接(jie)成一體,骨架上的螺(luo)(luo)栓孔處焊有(you)螺(luo)(luo)母。裝(zhuang)配時用(yong)螺(luo)(luo)栓與兩半聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的凸(tu)緣連接(jie),依靠擰緊螺(luo)(luo)栓使輪胎與凸(tu)緣端面之間(jian)產生的摩擦力來傳遞(di)轉矩(ju),輪胎環工作時發生扭轉剪切變形,故輪胎聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)具(ju)有(you)很高(gao)的彈性(xing),補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)相對(dui)位(wei)移的能力較(jiao)大,并有(you)良好的阻尼,而且結構簡單、不需(xu)潤滑、裝(zhuang)拆和(he)(he)維護(hu)都(dou)比較(jiao)方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺(que)點是承載(zai)能力(li)(li)不高(gao)、外(wai)(wai)形尺寸(cun)較大(da),隨著兩(liang)軸(zhou)相(xiang)對扭(niu)(niu)轉角的(de)(de)增加使(shi)輪胎外(wai)(wai)形扭(niu)(niu)歪,軸(zhou)向尺寸(cun)略有減(jian)小,將在兩(liang)軸(zhou)上產生較大(da)的(de)(de)附(fu)加軸(zhou)向力(li)(li),使(shi)軸(zhou)承負(fu)載(zai)加大(da)而(er)降低(di)壽命。輪胎聯軸(zhou)器(qi)高(gao)速運(yun)轉時,輪胎外(wai)(wai)緣由于離心力(li)(li)的(de)(de)作用而(er)向外(wai)(wai)擴張(zhang),將進一步增大(da)附(fu)加軸(zhou)向力(li)(li)。為此,在安裝(zhuang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)時應采取措施,使(shi)輪胎中的(de)(de)應力(li)(li)方(fang)向與工(gong)作時產生的(de)(de)應力(li)(li)方(fang)向相(xiang)反,以抵消(xiao)部分附(fu)加軸(zhou)向力(li)(li),達(da)到改(gai)善聯軸(zhou)器(qi)和(he)兩(liang)軸(zhou)承的(de)(de)工(gong)和(he)條件。
輪胎(tai)式(shi)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)由于種種原因使(shi)其質心(xin)(xin)或慣(guan)性(xing)主軸(zhou)與(yu)其加(jia)轉軸(zhou)線不(bu)(bu)重合(he),在運轉時(shi)將產生不(bu)(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)離(li)心(xin)(xin)慣(guan)性(xing)力、離(li)心(xin)(xin)慣(guan)性(xing)力偶和(he)動撓度(振型)的(de)(de)(de)現(xian)象(xiang),稱為轉子的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)現(xian)象(xiang),這種不(bu)(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)現(xian)象(xiang)必(bi)然(ran)引起軸(zhou)系的(de)(de)(de)振動,從而(er)影響機器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)正常工作和(he)使(shi)用壽命,因而(er)對其必(bi)須(xu)加(jia)以重視。
