SWP十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸器采用(yong)剖分式叉(cha)頭布局，與(yu)SWC十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸器使用(yong)的場(chang)合相近，主要運(yun)用(yong)在重載大型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸器采用整體式(shi)叉(cha)頭布局(ju)，主要用于軋(ya)鋼機(ji)械，起重(zhong)(zhong)運輸機(ji)械等其他(ta)重(zhong)(zhong)型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞(di)距離可達30m以上，是運用相當廣泛的萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機(ji)泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不可避免地要進行(xing)同軸度的(de)調整，使對輪既同心又平行(xing)，否則將影響(xiang)機(ji)泵(beng)使用效率或造成設備運行(xing)事(shi)故(gu)。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不(bu)同機構中的(de)主動軸(zhou)(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)(zhou)牢固地聯(lian)接(jie)起來一同旋轉，并傳遞(di)運(yun)動和扭(niu)矩的(de)機械部件。有時也用以(yi)聯(lian)接(jie)軸(zhou)(zhou)與(yu)其(qi)他零件（如齒輪、帶(dai)輪等）。

靠(kao)背輪常由(you)兩半(ban)合成，分別用(yong)鍵或緊配合等(deng)聯(lian)接，緊固在兩軸端，再通過某種方式將兩半(ban)聯(lian)接起來。
