SWP十(shi)字萬向聯軸器采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸器使用的場(chang)合相近，主要運用在重載(zai)大型裝(zhuang)備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸器采(cai)用整(zheng)體式叉頭布局，主(zhu)要用于軋鋼機械(xie)，起(qi)重(zhong)運輸機械(xie)等(deng)其他重(zhong)型(xing)裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞(di)距離可達30m以上，是運用相當廣泛的萬向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接(jie)的機泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不可避免(mian)地要進行同軸度的調整，使(shi)(shi)對(dui)輪既同心又平(ping)行，否則(ze)將影(ying)響機泵(beng)使(shi)(shi)用效率或造(zao)成設備運行事故。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)與(yu)風機(ji)連接(jie)的聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。它可以將不同機(ji)構中(zhong)的主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢(lao)牢(lao)地緊密(mi)連接(jie)在一起，以此達到一同旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)的目的，并傳遞運動機(ji)械零件，有(you)時(shi)也用(yong)以聯(lian)接(jie)軸(zhou)與(yu)其他零件。

風機聯軸器(qi)具有減速、增速、變向(xiang)和換向(xiang)等(deng)動作(zuo)以及緩(huan)和沖擊、吸振的作(zuo)用。聯軸器(qi)可(ke)分為剛性聯軸器(qi)和撓性聯軸器(qi)兩(liang)大類(lei)。前者不具有緩(huan)沖性和補(bu)償兩(liang)軸線相對(dui)位移的能力，但結構簡單，制造成本較低，裝(zhuang)拆、維(wei)護方便。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機構(gou)中的主動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢固(gu)地聯接起來一同旋(xuan)轉，并傳(chuan)遞運動(dong)和扭矩的機械部件。有時也用以聯接軸與其他零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背(bei)輪常由(you)兩半合成(cheng)，分別用鍵或緊配合等聯(lian)接(jie)，緊固在兩軸端(duan)，再通過某種方式將兩半聯(lian)接(jie)起來。

靠背輪聯軸(zhou)器可兼有補償(chang)兩(liang)軸(zhou)之間(jian)由于制造安(an)裝不精確(que)、工作時(shi)的變形或熱膨脹等(deng)原因所發生(sheng)的偏(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)移(yi)（包括軸(zhou)向偏(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)移(yi)、徑(jing)向偏(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)移(yi)、角偏(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)移(yi)或綜合(he)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)移(yi)）；以及緩(huan)和沖擊、吸振。
