SWP十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)(lian)軸器采用剖分(fen)式叉頭(tou)布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)(lian)軸器使用的場(chang)合相近(jin)，主要運用在重載大型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直(zhi)徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采用整體式叉頭布(bu)局，主要用于軋(ya)鋼(gang)機械(xie)，起重(zhong)(zhong)運(yun)輸(shu)機械(xie)等其他重(zhong)(zhong)型裝備領域(yu)，回轉(zhuan)直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞(di)距離可達30m以(yi)上，是(shi)運(yun)用相(xiang)當廣泛的(de)萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝過程(cheng)中都不可避(bi)免(mian)地(di)要(yao)進行同軸度(du)的調整，使對輪既(ji)同心(xin)又平行，否則將影響(xiang)機泵使用效率或造成設(she)備運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機(ji)構中的(de)主動(dong)(dong)軸和從動(dong)(dong)軸牢固地聯接起來一同旋(xuan)轉，并(bing)傳遞運動(dong)(dong)和扭矩(ju)的(de)機(ji)械部件。有時也用以聯接軸與其他零件（如齒輪、帶輪等(deng)）。

靠背輪常(chang)由兩(liang)半(ban)(ban)合(he)(he)成，分別用鍵或緊配(pei)合(he)(he)等聯(lian)接，緊固在兩(liang)軸端，再通過某種方式將兩(liang)半(ban)(ban)聯(lian)接起來。
