SWP十字萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器(qi)采(cai)用剖分式(shi)叉(cha)頭布局，與SWC十字萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器(qi)使用的場合(he)相(xiang)近，主要運用在重載大型(xing)裝備領(ling)域，回(hui)轉直徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)整體(ti)式叉(cha)頭布局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼(gang)機(ji)械，起重(zhong)(zhong)運輸(shu)機(ji)械等(deng)其他重(zhong)(zhong)型裝(zhuang)備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離(li)可達30m以上(shang)，是運用(yong)相當廣泛(fan)的萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)(ji)泵在安裝過程中都(dou)不可(ke)避(bi)免地要進行(xing)同(tong)軸度的調整(zheng)，使對輪既同(tong)心(xin)又平行(xing)，否則將(jiang)影響機(ji)(ji)泵使用(yong)效(xiao)率或造成設備運行(xing)事(shi)故。
