萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動效率優異(yi)，在現代(dai)工(gong)業領域被廣泛采用。

SWP十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器采用剖(pou)分式(shi)叉頭(tou)布局(ju)，與(yu)SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器使用的場合相近，主要(yao)運用在重(zhong)載大型裝備(bei)領域，回轉直徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向聯(lian)(lian)軸器采用整體式叉頭布局，主要用于軋(ya)鋼機械，起重(zhong)(zhong)運輸機械等(deng)其他重(zhong)(zhong)型裝備領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳(chuan)遞(di)距(ju)離(li)可達30m以上，是運用相當廣泛的萬(wan)向聯(lian)(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的(de)機泵(beng)(beng)在(zai)安裝過程(cheng)中都不可避免地要進(jin)行(xing)(xing)同軸度(du)的(de)調整，使(shi)對輪既同心又平行(xing)(xing)，否則將影響(xiang)機泵(beng)(beng)使(shi)用效率或造成設備運行(xing)(xing)事故。
