SWP十(shi)字(zi)萬向聯軸器(qi)采用(yong)剖(pou)分式叉(cha)頭(tou)布局(ju)，與SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬向聯軸器(qi)使用(yong)的場合相近，主要(yao)運用(yong)在重載大型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向聯軸器(qi)采用(yong)整體式叉頭(tou)布局(ju)，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機械，起重(zhong)運輸機械等其他重(zhong)型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直(zhi)徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞(di)距離可達(da)30m以上(shang)，是運用(yong)相(xiang)當廣泛的萬向聯軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)(ji)泵在(zai)安裝(zhuang)過程中(zhong)都不可避(bi)免地要(yao)進行同軸度的調整，使(shi)對輪既同心又平行，否則將影響(xiang)機(ji)(ji)泵使(shi)用效率或造成設備運行事故(gu)。

風機聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器具有減速、增速、變向和(he)換向等動作以及緩(huan)和(he)沖(chong)擊、吸振的作用(yong)。聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器可分為剛性聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器和(he)撓(nao)性聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器兩大類(lei)。前者不具有緩(huan)沖(chong)性和(he)補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)相對位移(yi)的能力，但結構簡單，制造成本較低，裝拆、維護方便。
